We are food lovers and interested in eating tasty, mouth watering and juicy stuff. But we are also fitness freaks. How in the world one can eat all the delicious food and still be fit? You may think we are nuts thinking on those lines!

To achieve this, one needs an understanding of biochemistry a bit and how the body operates a bit. Right, only a bit. We are not into making graduates here. All the technical jargon will be put into simple layman’s terms, so one does not need any special knowledge of anything but simply use one’s common sense to look at things a bit rather than just munching on junk foods and wondering why am I not losing weight, even though I am not eating much of anything.

We examine smart ways of eating to maintain our bodies in peak fitness and losing unhealthy weight. We go into our eating habits and see how we can incorporate the foods that are good for our health which also contribute to maintaining proper weight. We consider various nutritional aspects related to maintaining the body’s health harmony to achieve fitness and keep it that way.

Most of the ideas have been the result of years of health research and personal habits of the author which are followed in maintaining own fitness.
